The clip begins with a yaki imo salesman loading more wood in his stove and hoping to lure some business. We next proceed to cross the street to Chiba Chuo Park (Chuo means "middle" or "downtown" by the way) where all the trees have been decorated with Xmas lights. The Japanese call it "Illumination", which somehow sounds more pure and Christmassy than I'd have expected.
